Accountabilities:: Own execution of the annual sales plan and drive performance toward team revenue targets of approximately $20M across multiple revenue streams. Manage performance across fee-for-service offerings, sponsorships, memberships, and events, identifying gaps and reallocating resources as needed. Maintain a strategic portfolio of approximately $10M–$20M+ annually, including new business generation and enterprise-level, multi-year, and cross-program partnerships. Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies in collaboration with Corporate Programs leadership. Translate strategic priorities into actionable revenue plans with clear segmentation, portfolio assignments, performance expectations, and pathways to goal. Serve as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership, using pipeline data and business insights to inform decisions. Review and provide input on corporate partnership proposals, budgets, pricing, and related commercial strategies. Own day-to-day revenue pipeline management, maintaining 3x+ pipeline coverage and disciplined opportunity management practices. Oversee current-year forecasting and future-year pipeline development, ensuring forecasts are grounded in verified activity, conversion assumptions, and pipeline quality. Establish a consistent operating cadence through team meetings, pipeline reviews, portfolio reviews, performance tracking, and accountability processes. Develop performance dashboards and reporting focused on pipeline health, activity levels, conversion rates, and overall Corporate Programs performance. Manage frontline sales leaders and revenue operations team members, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance standards. Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to build a high-performing and mission-aligned revenue organization. Serve as a senior operational liaison across Development, Marketing, Nonprofit Programs, Corporate Programs, Finance, and executive leadership. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to strengthen partner experiences, fundraising outcomes, operational efficiency, and mission delivery. Engage executive leaders and board-level stakeholders in high-level relationship management and prospecting activities. Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and scalable ways of working that reduce friction and improve organizational performance. Lead or support strategic projects assigned by the Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. 15+ years of progressive B2B sales or revenue leadership experience, ideally involving services, solutions, memberships, or other intangible offerings sold to large corporations. Demonstrated success leading revenue generation within a national organization and securing multi-year, multi-million-dollar corporate and foundation partnerships or giving. Proven experience managing teams responsible for $30M+ in annual revenue. Experience building, scaling, and developing high-performing sales or development teams. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on operational levels. Strong enterprise revenue leadership experience across complex, multi-stream portfolios. Strong systems-thinking and operational excellence skills, with the ability to build scalable processes, structures, and performance systems. Data-driven approach to decision-making, including strong pipeline analysis, forecasting, performance management, and problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders and organizational levels. Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value, impact, and partnership opportunities. Strong communication, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills. Demonstrated ability to drive results while navigating complex organizational environments. Hands-on experience with donor or revenue management databases; Salesforce experience is preferred. Ability to create a welcoming, collaborative, respectful, and inclusive work environment. Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including some international travel. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, solution-oriented environment. Benefits: Salary of $145,000–$180,000 annually. Remote-first work environment for U.S.-based employees in Eastern or Central time zones, with Washington, DC preferred. 18 days of PTO, increasing to 20 days after three years of service. 10 paid holidays.
