Senior Software Engineer (AI CICD)

Accountabilities:: Own product features end to end, from design and implementation through rollout, iteration, and ongoing improvement. Work closely with Product and front-end Experience teams to translate customer needs and product goals into effective technical solutions. Navigate ambiguous technical and product challenges, taking initiative to establish clear paths forward without waiting for complete specifications. Contribute to a product-driven roadmap by helping prioritize tradeoffs, meeting real deadlines, and delivering improvements iteratively. Extend agentic AI capabilities into customer-facing product experiences across the broader product suite. Contribute a strong technical perspective to architectural decisions while collaborating effectively with other engineers and stakeholders. Help foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise with containers, artifact registries, Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader Kubernetes ecosystem. Proven experience building and securing CI/CD systems. Proficiency in Go (Golang), or strong ability and willingness to become productive with Go quickly. Experience working with AI tooling and genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to complex technical and product challenges. Strong interest in collaborating closely with Product teams and customers to develop and launch new features. Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English. Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and proactively seek support when needed. Benefits: Base salary range of $157,000–$184,000 USD.
