Accountabilities:: Raise the standard of social media strategy and services by continuously identifying new opportunities, trends, and approaches that deliver greater value to clients. Ensure social strategies remain current, timely, audience-focused, and aligned with client objectives and evolving platform behaviors. Lead onboarding and strategy sessions for enterprise-level clients, establishing clear strategic direction and building strong client relationships. Serve as a social strategy subject matter expert, advising clients and internal teams on best practices, audience behavior, platform trends, and strategic opportunities. Guide junior members of the content strategy team through coaching, support-oriented one-on-ones, innovation sessions, knowledge sharing, and learning opportunities. Challenge the status quo and encourage experimentation, innovation, and stronger strategic thinking across social initiatives. Contribute to new business and pitch strategy by applying research insights, identifying client pain points, and developing compelling, data-informed campaign ideas. Develop monthly and quarterly content briefs that establish priorities, provide strategic inspiration, and guide content development. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting by analyzing performance metrics and translating findings into strategic recommendations and adjustments. Collaborate with creative teams to develop breakthrough campaigns rooted in consumer behavior, cultural and industry insights, and opportunities across social platforms. Guide creative teams on social-first principles and platform-specific behaviors while identifying opportunities to test new ideas and push creative boundaries. Partner with cross-functional teams to motivate, create, and implement on-brand work that supports measurable client goals. Support broader strategy leadership through thought leadership, departmental initiatives, and business development efforts. Requirements: Bring 4–5+ years of experience in brand and/or social strategy, ideally within a social, digital, or creative agency environment, with a demonstrated track record of strategic expertise. Have a strong understanding of social media, internet culture, audience behavior, and evolving platform trends. Combine big-picture strategic thinking with the ability to dive into detailed execution and translate insights into practical recommendations. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, curiosity, creativity, imagination, and a genuine interest in understanding people and their behaviors. Have excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Be highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Demonstrate strong attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective. Be comfortable working autonomously, adapting quickly as priorities change, and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bring a collaborative mindset and the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams. Show enthusiasm for leadership opportunities and a willingness to mentor and develop other strategists. Be passionate about producing high-quality creative work and contributing fresh ideas that make an impact. Be comfortable participating in new business pitches and contributing strategic thinking to sales opportunities. Benefits: Fully remote work environment.
