Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Accountabilities: Business Requirements and Analysis: Lead stakeholder discussions to gather, analyze, and document business needs, translating them into clear functional and technical requirements. Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance performance and support commercial objectives. Requirements Documentation: Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide Salesforce solution design and implementation. Process and Solution Design: Create process flow diagrams, data models, and visual representations of business workflows and system architecture. Salesforce Configuration and Testing: Lead the configuration and testing of Salesforce solutions, ensuring functionality aligns with requirements and business expectations. Technical Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other technical specialists to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure solutions are implemented correctly. Agile Delivery Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, supporting effective communication and timely delivery. Training and User Support: Develop training materials and user documentation, provide expert-level support, and proactively resolve user challenges. Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences, manage expectations, and maintain alignment across business and technical teams. Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior Business Analysts, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development. Requirements: At least 6 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex enterprise technology or Salesforce environments. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative functionality, including the ability to assess when declarative tools are appropriate and when custom development is required. Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including opportunity management, sales processes, and standard out-of-the-box functionality. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, developing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and translating business needs into technical solutions. Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles, with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting iterative delivery. Project management experience or a demonstrated ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and leadership skills, including the ability to adapt messaging to different stakeholders. Experience collaborating remotely and asynchronously with colleagues across countries and time zones. A proactive, resourceful, and self-directed approach, with a willingness to take ownership and contribute hands-on. The ability to mentor colleagues, build effective working relationships, and maintain clarity when managing complex communications. Preferred qualifications: Salesforce Administrator certification (201) and Salesforce Sales Cloud certification. Experience with Pardot and Agentforce. Salesforce certifications or other credentials demonstrating expertise in the platform's standard capabilities.
