Senior Sales Lead – Europe (English Required; German Fluency Preferred)

Accountabilities:: Lead commercial conversations with senior stakeholders, executives, and key decision-makers across European and international markets. Assess organizational needs, business models, and requirements to determine strategic fit and appropriate engagement approaches. Represent the organization professionally and credibly across diverse markets, industries, and cultural environments. Manage written follow-up communications, including meeting summaries, proposals, supporting materials, and next-step documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and well-structured client onboarding. Maintain consistent client communication throughout the commercial process until the relationship is formally handed over to the recruitment team. Contribute to strengthening commercial performance and developing growth opportunities across the European region. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant commercial or sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders. Strong commercial judgment and the ability to understand different industries, organizational structures, and business models. International experience working across multiple countries or regions, with the ability to navigate different cultural and business environments. Excellent communication skills and confidence working across cultures, countries, and time zones. Proven ability to manage a high volume of commercial conversations while maintaining quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Strong follow-through, organization, and coordination skills, particularly within a remote working environment. A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach combined with a polished and credible professional presence. Sound judgment, discretion, and confidence when handling sensitive or high-level commercial discussions. Fluency in English is required; German fluency is preferred.
