Senior Product Operations Manager

Accountabilities:: Partner with product leadership to design and evolve a comprehensive product metrics program, defining what should be measured, why it matters, and how metrics connect to business outcomes. Build and maintain multi-variable outcome models that connect product inputs with retention, revenue, customer health, engagement, and other key business results. Apply statistical techniques such as regression, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling to validate metric definitions and strengthen the reliability of the metrics framework. Develop frameworks, taxonomies, and standards that make product metrics consistent, trustworthy, and actionable across product and leadership teams. Conduct proactive, in-depth analyses to identify customer behavior trends, product usage patterns, friction points, and opportunities to improve revenue and customer outcomes. Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that influence product prioritization, roadmap decisions, and OKRs. Develop compelling data narratives for executive reviews, board presentations, product planning, and strategic decision-making. Manage an independent analytical backlog, identifying priorities, coordinating with stakeholders, and communicating findings and implications. Create dashboards, templates, and toolkits that enable product managers and cross-functional teams to self-serve product insights. Train stakeholders on interpreting and applying product data to support better business and product decisions. Standardize reporting practices across product teams to improve consistency, clarity, and accessibility. Partner with Engineering and Data teams to establish event tracking, taxonomy standards, and data governance practices. Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and consistent across analytics workflows and decision-making processes. Build and maintain core product metrics, dashboards, and self-service data models using tools such as Looker, Pendo, Mixpanel, and Redshift. Leverage AI tools to synthesize information, accelerate analysis, and scale analytical workflows. Requirements: 5–8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role. Strong foundation in statistical methods, including regression, correlation analysis, and predictive modeling. Experience contributing to or working within analytics or metrics programs, with the ability to help build and evolve a program rather than simply operate within an established framework. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence product and business decisions. Experience working with SaaS or platform products is strongly preferred. Strong SQL skills and proficiency with modern BI and analytics tools, with Looker experience preferred. Fluency with AI tools and the ability to incorporate AI into research, analysis, synthesis, and workflow optimization. Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain analytical findings, business implications, and recommended next steps to stakeholders. Ability to identify the right stakeholders, manage an independent workload, and ensure insights reach the people who can act on them. Highly organized and process-oriented, with strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment skills. Strategic thinker who can understand the broader business context while maintaining strong attention to analytical details. Willingness and ability to travel for company events, new hire training, and team off-sites, typically 1–3 times per year.
