Senior Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Netherlands. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a product area end-to-end, from identifying customer problems through discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement. You’ll shape the roadmap independently, using direct customer insights and evidence to determine what matters most. Working closely with Engineering and Design, you’ll turn product vision into high-quality experiences and measurable business outcomes. The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to operate in an ambitious, fast-paced B2B environment. You’ll help define a 12–18 month product vision while exploring what an AI-first finance experience should look like. Success will require a strong customer focus, strategic thinking, proactive communication, and a genuine sense of ownership. Accountabilities: Own the product roadmap for your area from discovery and problem definition through delivery, iteration, and measurable outcomes. Define, manage, and track OKRs with your product squad, communicating progress and outcomes clearly. Partner closely with Engineering and Design on discovery, technical scoping, prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery. Conduct direct conversations with customers and customer-facing teams to identify meaningful problems and build evidence-based product priorities rather than simply inheriting an existing backlog. Identify dependencies across adjacent product areas and proactively address potential risks before they impact delivery. Represent customer needs in cross-functional discussions, ensuring product decisions and trade-offs remain grounded in user value. Develop and communicate a 12–18 month product vision, with a particular focus on creating an AI-first user experience. Requirements 4+ years of experience in product management, including at least 2 years owning a customer-facing product area end-to-end. At least 2 years of experience working in a B2B product environment. Demonstrated success conceptualizing, developing, launching, and scaling products in a fast-paced setting. Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, evidence-light problem spaces and define solutions from scratch rather than relying on a pre-scoped backlog. Strong experience collaborating directly with Engineering on technical decisions, trade-offs, and dependency management. Fluent English, as this is the primary working language; German is a plus. Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to take complex problems from ambiguity through to shipped and measurable outcomes. Evidence-led approach to decision-making, with the ability to critically assess whether available data genuinely answers the question at hand. Proactive communication style, particularly when identifying risks, dependencies, or potential delivery challenges. Strategic mindset with the ability to maintain a multi-quarter vision rather than focusing exclusively on immediate priorities. Collaborative approach, balancing the needs of the wider product organization with the priorities of your own product area. Strong customer empathy and a genuine interest in understanding user needs and turning them into impactful product experiences.
