Senior Product Manager, Analytics Features

Accountabilities: Own the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and prioritization for the analytics product portfolio, ensuring initiatives are cohesive, scalable, and aligned with broader product objectives. Lead the development and evolution of analytics capabilities, including charts, dashboards, benchmarking, metrics, and predictive lifetime value features. Work closely with customers to understand their needs, investigate complex analytics and data problems, distinguish meaningful signals from noise, and translate insights into impactful product opportunities. Develop, recommend, and maintain benchmarks and metrics that help app developers understand performance, identify opportunities, and improve monetization. Act as a key point of expertise when data or metrics appear incorrect, investigating underlying causes and edge cases rather than relying solely on engineering teams. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams to evaluate feasibility, define solutions, and bring robust analytics and experimentation capabilities to market. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, breaking complex initiatives into meaningful deliverables and realistic timelines. Drive product discovery, experimentation, and delivery while balancing quality, customer value, technical complexity, and speed of execution. Independently make product decisions within your area, contribute to broader product strategy, and identify new opportunities to create customer and business value. Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and help teams develop deeper customer empathy and understanding of industry trends. Continuously evaluate product performance and be willing to discontinue or rethink initiatives when evidence shows they are not delivering the expected value. During the first year, establish ownership of your product area, deliver meaningful customer impact, develop a longer-term product vision, and contribute to the evolution of the overall product strategy. Requirements: 5+ years of product management or closely related experience, with significant experience delivering complex products from concept through launch. Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working with data; proficiency in SQL or comparable data tools and the ability to independently investigate data and develop robust, scalable metrics. Strong technical understanding, including the ability to work effectively with APIs, data models, system architecture, and complex technical constraints. Coding is not a core requirement, but the ability to prototype using code and modern AI-assisted tools is expected. Experience working closely with highly technical engineering and data teams and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical trade-offs. Strong understanding of analytics products, data visualization, metrics, experimentation, and how data can be translated into actionable insights. A strong customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand customer needs, challenge assumptions, and turn feedback into scalable product solutions. Understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, app-business economics, monetization, and the factors that define success for app developers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and concisely across different communication formats, teams, and time zones. Strong ownership mentality, initiative, and willingness to investigate problems directly and take responsibility for outcomes. Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments where decisions often need to be made with incomplete information. Systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to move beyond individual customer requests and design solutions that scale across products and users. Strong attention to product and user experience details, including a passion for high-quality data visualization and the ability to connect visual presentation with meaningful insights.
