Accountabilities: Execute, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, objectives, products, audiences, and international markets. Manage campaign setup, quality assurance, bidding, targeting, pacing, creative rotation, tracking, and ongoing optimization. Own campaigns across platforms including Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, and TikTok, while supporting the development of additional paid channels. Analyze performance across products, markets, audiences, and channels, connecting media metrics with conversions, revenue, CAC, and LTV. Manage approved media budgets and recommend spend reallocations based on campaign performance, growth opportunities, and acquisition efficiency. Design and execute structured experiments covering creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign formats. Partner with Creative and Product teams to translate performance insights into stronger advertising assets and landing-page experiences. Work with Data and Engineering teams to validate campaign tracking and incorporate attribution and incrementality insights into optimization decisions. Own remarketing initiatives, using audience segmentation, creative sequencing, and frequency management to re-engage lapsed and active users and encourage retention and repeat conversion. Communicate performance findings, opportunities, and recommendations through dashboards, written updates, and structured presentations. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably within a B2C subscription, consumer technology, or similarly data-driven environment. Demonstrated experience personally building, managing, and optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns, including responsibility for pacing and budget allocation. Deep hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Strong analytical judgment and the ability to diagnose performance changes, prioritize opportunities, and translate data into practical campaign actions. Solid understanding of attribution and incrementality, with experience applying measurement findings to marketing decisions. Experience using GA4 and campaign reporting or visualization platforms such as Looker. Experience with incrementality testing or marketing mix modeling and applying findings to campaign strategy. Experience running paid media campaigns across international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to work effectively across remote, international teams while managing multiple campaigns and priorities with a high degree of ownership.
