Senior Mobile Developer (Native — iOS & Android)

Accountabilities: Build, develop, test, and ship high-quality native mobile applications using Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android . Own features and projects end to end, translating client requirements into architecture, implementation, testing, and production releases. Integrate AI-driven capabilities into mobile products, including LLM-powered features, intelligent user experiences, and on-device machine learning. Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, delivery timelines, and code quality. Adapt solutions to different industries, project domains, technical stacks, and client requirements. Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA professionals, and clients throughout the delivery lifecycle. Maintain high standards for application performance, security, reliability, maintainability, and overall code quality. Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD workflows, and mobile application release processes. Support multiple projects while managing priorities and maintaining reliable delivery across client engagements. Requirements 5+ years of professional experience developing native mobile applications, ideally within a services, agency, consulting, or client-project environment. Strong, demonstrable expertise in Swift and Kotlin , with solid knowledge of the iOS SDK and Android SDK. Strong understanding of native mobile fundamentals, including application lifecycle, concurrency, memory management, and platform-specific development practices. Hands-on experience with AI-intensive technologies, such as LLMs, AI coding assistants, or integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications. Experience with modern mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture . Experience with modern UI frameworks including SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose . Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and the complete App Store and Google Play release lifecycle. Ability to context-switch effectively between multiple projects, technologies, client requirements, and delivery priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients and distributed teams. Strong problem-solving, adaptability, ownership, and collaboration skills. Experience delivering projects across diverse industries is an advantage. Familiarity with Kotlin Multiplatform, shared cross-platform logic, or on-device ML technologies such as Core ML, TensorFlow Lite, or ML Kit is a plus.
