Senior Manager – SAP Transformation

Accountabilities:: Lead and oversee complex, full-lifecycle SAP transformation programs, including SAP M&A and SAP S/4HANA initiatives across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition approaches. Take accountability for large SAP engagements with significant scope, complexity, customer impact, and commercial responsibility. Manage program delivery across scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and customer expectations. Serve as a senior point of contact throughout the transformation lifecycle, building trusted relationships with customer leadership. Lead executive-level discussions, steering committees, program reviews, escalations, and key transformation decisions. Translate business objectives into practical SAP transformation roadmaps and executable programs. Coordinate functional, technical, business, data, and project teams to maintain alignment and delivery momentum. Apply strong SAP functional and end-to-end business process expertise to complex customer environments. Assess dependencies across SAP functional areas and their implications for broader business transformation initiatives. Lead programs and customer engagements representing approximately $5M+ in annual revenue responsibility. Manage project financials, commercial performance, resource requirements, scope changes, and delivery commitments. Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships and generate additional consulting business. Develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships and leverage professional networks to identify new business opportunities. Contribute to go-to-market strategy and execution, including customer presentations, proposals, solution development, estimates, and sales pursuits. Partner with sales and consulting leadership to develop new customers and expand strategic accounts. Contribute to the growth of the SAP consulting practice through an entrepreneurial and commercially focused approach. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams across functional, technical, and data disciplines. Provide guidance and leadership to Project Managers, Solution Architects, Stream Leads, and consultants. Help establish and develop a growing SAP consulting team as the practice expands. Requirements: Extensive experience leading complex SAP transformation programs and large-scale consulting engagements. Strong experience with SAP end-to-end transformation programs, including SAP M&A and SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition initiatives. Deep SAP functional expertise combined with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-functional dependencies. Previous experience as a Functional Lead, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or comparable senior SAP transformation role. Relevant functional expertise in areas such as SAP Finance/Controlling, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics. Demonstrated ability to manage large programs across scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, quality, and customer expectations. Experience managing commercial performance and customer engagements with approximately $5M+ in annual revenue responsibility. Strong executive presence and the ability to lead strategic discussions, steering committees, program reviews, and escalations with senior stakeholders. Proven ability to translate business objectives into SAP transformation strategies, roadmaps, and executable programs. Strong client relationship management skills and an established professional network within the SAP or consulting ecosystem. Experience contributing to sales, business development, go-to-market initiatives, proposals, solution development, estimation, and strategic account expansion. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop consulting opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and providing guidance to project managers, architects, consultants, and functional or technical specialists. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute to practice development, organizational growth, and continuous improvement. Experience working across multiple industries is particularly valuable, bringing a broad perspective to SAP transformation challenges. Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to operate effectively in a senior client-facing environment while balancing delivery leadership, commercial priorities, and business development.
