Senior (Life Science) - Business Process Outsourcing

Accountabilities:: Plan and supervise assigned business process outsourcing engagements. Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s business and accounting processes. Review workpapers for accuracy, completeness, and quality. Review financial statements, including note disclosures, for accuracy and completeness. Analyze balance sheet accounts and prepare account reconciliations. Post cash transactions daily and ensure cash reconciliations are completed promptly. Conduct periodic internal audits of selected activities to assess compliance with internal controls. Research and resolve issues arising during engagements. Collaborate with client management to gather information, address challenges, and recommend business and process improvements. Support staff professional development and prepare performance evaluations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 3–4 years of experience as a senior accountant, including experience in a business process outsourcing (BPO) practice or with an external accounting service provider. Advanced computer skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Excellent project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to supervise multiple engagements simultaneously. Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines and engagement timelines. Self-motivated, dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
