Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Accountabilities:: Financial Planning & Analysis: Support FP&A activities by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and translating financial data into meaningful insights for decision-making. Forecasting & Modeling: Create and maintain financial forecasting models that help assess expected performance and support forward-looking planning. Financial Insights: Analyze business and financial information to identify opportunities, risks, variances, and trends that can inform strategic and operational decisions. Reporting & Decision Support: Contribute to financial reporting and planning activities, ensuring stakeholders have clear and relevant information to understand business performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to gather information, understand business drivers, and support financial planning initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Help improve financial analysis, forecasting processes, and reporting practices to increase efficiency, accuracy, and the usefulness of financial information. Requirements FP&A Experience: Previous experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial forecasting and business performance analysis. Financial Modeling: Proven experience creating financial forecasting models and working with complex financial data. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial information, identify trends and drivers, and turn data into actionable conclusions. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Bilingual Capability: Fluency in both English and French is required for effective communication in the role. Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while collaborating with stakeholders and managing priorities independently. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy when working with financial information, models, and reporting.
