Senior Consultant, ​Mobility​

Accountabilities: Market Research and Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive assessments, industry analysis, and growth opportunity evaluations across the automotive and mobility ecosystem. Strategic Recommendations: Translate market intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends into actionable recommendations that support clients' growth strategies, competitive positioning, and business transformation. Consulting Project Management: Lead consulting engagements from research and analysis to final recommendations, managing project scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, and team performance. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, facilitate strategic discussions, present findings to stakeholders, and ensure recommendations address client objectives. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, support client acquisition, and help expand the practice's consulting portfolio and revenue. Thought Leadership and Research: Contribute to industry reports, market perspectives, proprietary methodologies, and thought leadership initiatives that address emerging mobility trends and disruptive technologies. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior consultants, review analytical outputs, share expertise, and promote high standards of research and consulting delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with colleagues across global teams and complementary practice areas to exchange insights, develop integrated solutions, and deliver value to clients. Continuous Improvement: Apply structured growth frameworks and consulting methodologies to strengthen project quality, improve analytical rigor, and identify new opportunities for client impact. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is preferred. Professional Experience: Approximately 7–8 years of experience in management consulting, market research, strategic advisory, or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the automotive and mobility ecosystem, including market dynamics, competitive landscapes, business models, and emerging industry trends. Analytical Expertise: Excellent research, data interpretation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear strategic insights. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead consulting projects, manage multiple priorities, coordinate teams, and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines. Client and Business Development: Experience managing client relationships, preparing consulting proposals, identifying commercial opportunities, and contributing to business growth. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication, report-writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities, including the capacity to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to mentor junior colleagues, collaborate effectively across international teams, and take ownership of project outcomes.
