About the Role: Are you analytical, data-driven, and energized by outbound sales? Do you enjoy identifying the right prospects, engaging them with relevance, and consistently creating pipeline? We’re looking for a self-driven Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Hevo’s Inside Sales team. This role is critical to building a strong outbound engine and directly contributing to pipeline and revenue growth. What You’ll Do:: Identify, research, and prioritize high-quality prospects through outbound channels. Own your account list and drive engagement through calls, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify outbound leads and convert them into meaningful sales conversations. Position Hevo as a comprehensive solution for data integration and real-time data pipelines. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Global Operations, and Solutions Engineering teams to execute aligned go-to-market initiatives. Consistently track, manage, and deliver against defined activity and pipeline metrics. What We’re Looking For:: 3 + years of experience in outbound prospecting for the US market. Prior experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS environment . Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach. High ownership mindset with the resilience to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Hands-on experience executing an outbound-led demand generation playbook .
