Senior Analyst, Commercial Effectiveness

Accountabilities: Own day-to-day fleet and SAFE Fleet operations for the field sales organization, including mailbox management, vehicle replacements, and safety initiatives. Manage the full lifecycle of mobility services, including provisioning, employee support, device replacement, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. Produce, analyze, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc operational reports, including CPMM and SAFE Fleet Ambassador scorecards, to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support commercial effectiveness projects and special initiatives by coordinating deliverables, stakeholders, timelines, communications, and follow-up activities. Lead training, learning management system onboarding, and knowledge-transfer activities related to fleet and mobility processes. Develop clear communications and enablement resources to ensure field teams understand relevant processes, policies, and requirements. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to monitor service levels, maintain policy adherence, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve policies, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks covering fleet, mobility, and future credentialing programs. Identify operational, access, safety, and compliance risks and support the implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies. Provide analytical support for cross-functional commercial effectiveness initiatives, HR or leadership programs, and other business priorities. Translate operational data and complex requirements into actionable insights, clear guidance, and practical recommendations for field teams and leadership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of professional experience, or an Associate’s degree with at least 6 years of professional experience. Experience supporting operational programs for field-based organizations, such as fleet, safety, mobility, vendor credentialing, commercial operations, or field enablement. Strong analytical capabilities, including experience creating metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear policies, procedures, and guidance. Experience developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, policies, documentation, and training materials. Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables independently. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information and navigating complex cross-functional situations. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. Experience partnering with HR or leadership programs is preferred. Familiarity with commercial operations, sales enablement, process optimization, or healthcare-related field operations is advantageous. Benefits Fully remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States. Base salary range of $79,000–$127,650 , depending on qualifications and other applicable factors.
