Representante Comercial Curitiba / PR

Accountabilities:: Prospect and open new B2B accounts in the Curitiba/PR region, identifying potential customers and developing new commercial opportunities. Manage an assigned customer portfolio, maintaining strong relationships and conducting sales activities focused on growth and retention. Present products and solutions according to customer needs, supporting the sales process from prospecting through relationship development. Train customers on products and systems, ensuring they understand applications and can make effective use of the solutions available. Develop and execute sales campaigns aimed at increasing commercial performance and generating new business. Analyze customer and sales data and provide relevant reports and insights to support customer relationships and commercial decision-making. Maintain an active presence in the market, identifying customer needs, monitoring opportunities, and contributing to long-term regional growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education is required. Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in prospecting, account management, relationship building, and consultative selling. Good technological skills and confidence using digital tools to support sales activities, customer management, and reporting. Own vehicle and availability to travel regularly as required by the position. Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills, combined with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to work independently, organize a customer portfolio, identify opportunities, and maintain consistent commercial follow-up. Experience in the automotive sector is a strong advantage, particularly familiarity with automotive products and professional maintenance solutions.
