Accountabilities:: Develop copy and captions for paid-media creatives across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Write and optimize copy for landing pages, ensuring clarity, persuasion, and alignment with campaign objectives. Create occasional scripts for institutional, performance, and testimonial videos. Support occasional copywriting demands, including email marketing, organic social posts, and supporting marketing materials. Adapt messaging, tone of voice, and writing style according to each brand, client, audience, and campaign. Apply performance-copywriting principles such as strong hooks, compelling CTAs, concise messaging, and platform-specific adaptations. Manage multiple brands and concurrent requests while maintaining quality and meeting campaign timelines. Collaborate with the broader team to prioritize deliverables according to each client's campaign calendar. Requirements: Excellent command of written Portuguese, with strong grammar, clarity, style, and the ability to adapt tone across different brands and audiences. Understanding of copywriting for performance marketing, including hooks, CTAs, persuasive messaging, and adaptation to advertising formats. Ability to work efficiently across multiple brands and simultaneous requests in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. Previous experience in an advertising agency, media agency, freelance environment, or similar setting is a plus. Basic knowledge of SEO principles for landing-page copy is desirable. Familiarity with Meta and Google advertising formats, including character limits and creative specifications, is an advantage. Strong organization, attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage deadlines independently. A portfolio containing advertising or copywriting work is mandatory .
