Project Manager, Service Delivery

Accountabilities:: Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle for assigned business customer orders, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality completion. Coordinate internal teams and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines. Maintain consistent, proactive communication with customers throughout the delivery process, providing clear updates and managing expectations. Manage telecommunications delivery activities including Internet circuit ordering, Hosted VoIP projects, and number porting. Lead SD-WAN implementation activities and coordinate VoIP porting and Internet circuit orders across multiple carriers. Document project dependencies, priorities, requirements, and key actions to support efficient execution. Apply hands-on service delivery experience to identify issues, coordinate solutions, and drive successful project outcomes. Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support team and organizational objectives. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. At least 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management. Hands-on experience with VoIP, SD-WAN implementation, and Internet circuit ordering through telecommunications carriers. Strong ability to identify and clearly document project dependencies, priorities, and requirements. Proven ability to coordinate and effectively manage third-party resources. Strong project organization, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment.
