Project Manager, PMO Operations

Accountabilities: Own the tracking and closure of program actions across global delivery teams, maintaining clear owners, schedules, deadlines, and escalation paths. Lead small to medium-sized initiatives from scoping and planning through stakeholder alignment, execution, reporting, and formal closure. Build and maintain project trackers, reporting tools, meeting cadences, templates, and coordination processes that enable workstreams to operate effectively. Draft, edit, and publish internal communications for audiences ranging from delivery teams to senior leadership, adapting messaging and tone appropriately. Coordinate intake and information flow between teams, ensuring requests are appropriately routed, tracked, progressed, and closed. Produce recurring reports covering program health, action status, initiative progress, risks, and key developments for leadership and client review. Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, communication practices, templates, and operational workflows, implementing practical improvements. Raise risks, dependencies, and ambiguities early and provide clear information to support timely decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management experience within corporate IT, managed services, or a comparable services environment. Experience working in a dedicated, embedded, or client-support model, with sound judgment around client communication, escalation, and stakeholder expectations. Demonstrated experience establishing a new team, function, or workstream, including creating trackers, reporting structures, operating cadences, and processes from the ground up. Strong business writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise communications for global and senior audiences. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, business functions, senior leadership, and client contacts. Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently prioritize competing responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Google Workspace, AI-enabled productivity tools, and project or work-management platforms. A proactive and adaptable approach, including the confidence to ask questions, identify gaps, initiate action, test solutions, and adjust course when needed.
