Program Manager, Studio Z

Accountabilities: Create, maintain, and distribute project status reports and detailed schedules covering active creative projects, while leading regular status meetings and communicating updates to stakeholders. Develop project plans and briefing materials with account partners, clearly defining deliverables, approaches, milestones, timelines, and responsibilities. Attend and lead project briefings as needed, ensuring creative team members understand objectives, deliverables, priorities, and timing. Support weekly resource-planning meetings by maintaining organized project requests, identifying capacity conflicts, and proactively flagging timing or resourcing risks. Facilitate communication across creative and cross-functional teams to keep deadlines on track, coordinate creative reviews, clarify next steps, and distribute written recaps. Route creative assets, copy documents, presentations, digital files, and other materials to the appropriate stakeholders for review, proofing, revision, and approval. Coordinate post-presentation debriefs with account, strategy, and creative teams to capture feedback, clarify changes, and establish next steps. Maintain accurate project information across operational systems, including JIRA, forecasting tools, and digital asset management platforms. Provide the Senior Program Manager with reliable project data and status information to support team-level reporting and operational decision-making. Adopt AI tools and emerging productivity solutions that reduce manual work, improve workflow efficiency, and increase team capacity. Contribute to evolving program management processes and support improvements across the broader creative and marketing organization. Requirements 5+ years of experience in program management, creative operations, campaign production, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience working with creative teams, including designers, copywriters, editors, and other creative specialists. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep diverse stakeholders informed and aligned. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies. Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a focus on enabling teams to produce high-quality work. Strong creative problem-solving skills and an eye for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and execution. Experience with project management or workflow tools is a plus. Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, along with an interest in applying smarter tools and workflows to improve productivity. Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, distributed environment while maintaining structure, accountability, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively identify risks, communicate issues, and coordinate solutions across functions. Base salary of $90,900–$145,100 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington State, and Washington, DC. Base salary of $86,300–$137,900 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia.
