Product Manager (Internal Platform)

Location - Bangalore About the Team : The Platform Product team at Meesho is the backbone of our product ecosystem, empowering functions across product, business, analytics, tech, and data science. By building scalable platforms and tools, we enable teams to make data-driven decisions, accelerate development cycles, and enhance productivity. Our key focus areas include Data Acquisition, Analytics Tools, Experimentation, Segmentation, Payouts, Security, Reporting and so on, which support critical functions of Meesho About the Role : As a Platform Product Manager, you will own and drive one or more product charters within the Platform Product charter. Your role will be pivotal in enabling Meesho’s growth by ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and delivering impactful technical solutions. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and data scientists across the organisation to turn complex ideas into actionable products.We’re looking for strategic thinkers passionate about building platforms that solve large-scale challenges. What you will do: Drive Product Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for one or more platform charters, aligning with business goals and maximizing value for internal stakeholders. Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, analytics, and business teams to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and drive initiatives to completion. Optimise Platform Efficiency: Establish workflows, tools, and frameworks that reduce onboarding friction, accelerate product delivery, and improve time-to-market. Measure and Monitor Impact: Implement relevant metrics to evaluate the success of platform initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every stage. Risk Management: Anticipate risks, identify mitigation plans, and manage scope changes effectively to ensure on-time and high-quality releases. Communicate and Influence: Provide clear updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and key decisions. Based on data, develop executive-level insights and recommendations. Continuously Improve: Establish feedback loops to capture stakeholder insights, iterating on platform solutions to meet evolving business needs. What you will need: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in platform, data, or technical products. Proven track record of driving complex technical projects and delivering impactful results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional environments. Strong communication and presentation abilities, with experience in engaging with senior leadership. Technical understanding of data infrastructure, APIs, cloud platforms, or experimentation frameworks is a plus.
