PowerPoint Contributor - Corporate Presentations

Accountabilities: Develop practical PowerPoint tasks based on real-world corporate scenarios, including business reviews, operational updates, project reporting, and internal communications. Define clear and specific presentation outcomes, such as editing individual slides, completing templates, building presentations from supplied sources, or updating presentations with new-period information. Provide all relevant source materials required to complete each task and ensure that submitted materials are authorized for use. Create concise, objective evaluation criteria that allow another reviewer to independently assess the completed presentation. Review presentations for completeness, factual accuracy, formatting, layout, visual consistency, and alignment with the provided sources and templates. Pay close attention to the quality and accuracy of text, charts, tables, slide structures, and other presentation elements. Produce and assess editable PowerPoint outputs that meet the defined task requirements. Revise submissions based on reviewer feedback and incorporate improvements accurately and efficiently. Ensure that prompts, evaluation criteria, and input materials are clearly written and human-authored. Protect confidential information by using only materials that are authorized to be shared and excluding confidential employer or client information. Contributors with relevant review experience may also support the assessment of other contributors’ work. Requirements Practical professional experience creating, editing, or updating business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong understanding of corporate presentation standards, including slide layouts, templates, formatting, charts, tables, and visual consistency. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, formatting issues, and incomplete information. Strong written English skills, with the ability to create clear instructions that another person can understand and follow independently. Ability to translate everyday corporate presentation workflows into precise, well-defined tasks and measurable outcomes. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work reliably and manage assignments independently. Responsiveness to reviewer feedback and willingness to refine work based on constructive input. Ability to evaluate presentation outputs objectively against defined requirements and source materials. Sound judgment regarding information sharing, with a clear understanding that confidential employer or client information must not be submitted. Reliable availability and communication throughout the engagement. Relevant experience reviewing professional presentations is advantageous, particularly for contributors interested in supporting review activities. Candidates should be prepared to provide information about their relevant background, PowerPoint experience, potential start date, and weekly availability.
