PowerPoint Contributor - Consulting and Strategy

Accountabilities: Develop realistic PowerPoint tasks based on consulting and strategy workflows, including strategy projects, operating-model work, market analysis, and business reviews. Define one clear and measurable presentation outcome for each task, such as a focused slide edit, template completion, presentation creation from supplied sources, or an update using new-period information. Provide the source materials required to complete each assignment and ensure that all materials are authorized for use. Create concise, objective evaluation criteria that allow reviewers to assess completed presentations consistently and independently. Review presentation outputs for structure, visual hierarchy, accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the supplied sources and templates. Assess the effective use of charts, tables, layouts, and other visual elements within each presentation. Ensure tasks are self-contained and can be completed using the information provided, without relying on open-ended research or unstated analysis. Produce and evaluate editable PowerPoint outputs that accurately reflect the defined requirements. Revise submissions based on reviewer feedback and incorporate improvements accurately and efficiently. Ensure prompts, evaluation criteria, and input materials are human-authored and appropriately structured. Use only information and materials that are authorized for sharing, avoiding confidential employer or client information. Contributors with strong presentation-review experience may also support the review and evaluation of other contributors’ work. Requirements Practical professional experience creating, editing, or updating consulting, strategy, or business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong ability to organize complex business information into clear, concise, and visually compelling slides. Solid understanding of presentation structure, visual hierarchy, layouts, charts, tables, templates, and professional formatting. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, omissions, formatting issues, and inaccuracies. Strong written English skills, with the ability to create precise instructions that another person can understand and follow independently. Ability to translate consulting and strategy workflows into clearly defined tasks, deliverables, and objective evaluation criteria. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and reliably. Ability to assess presentation outputs objectively against defined requirements and supplied source materials. Responsiveness to reviewer feedback and willingness to refine work based on constructive input. Ability to work with structured source materials and create self-contained assignments without relying on unspecified research or assumptions. Sound judgment regarding confidential and proprietary information, including ensuring that only authorized materials are submitted. Reliable availability and communication throughout the engagement. Relevant experience reviewing consulting, strategy, or corporate presentations is advantageous, particularly for contributors interested in supporting review activities.
