Order to Cash, Senior Consultant (Collections)

Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end O2C technology implementation activities, including current-state assessments, future-state design, configuration or build, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare. Focus on the collections component of the O2C value chain, partnering with project teams and clients to optimize processes and implement technology-enabled solutions. Translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with client objectives, leading practices, and platform capabilities. Own key project workstreams, including workplan development, milestone tracking, issue and risk management, change management, and status reporting. Maintain delivery against agreed scope, timelines, quality expectations, and project objectives. Lead and contribute to client-facing workshops and working sessions, facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and aligning business and technology stakeholders. Develop polished, client-ready presentations, analyses, recommendations, and other consulting deliverables. Review work produced by junior team members, delegate responsibilities effectively, and support a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Build strong client relationships and contribute to long-term partnerships through reliable communication, structured problem-solving, and consistent follow-through. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, computer science, data analytics, mathematics, data science, or a related discipline. 3–5+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash consulting or relevant industry experience delivering O2C activities and transformation initiatives. Demonstrated experience with O2C processes, particularly collections, and an understanding of technology-enabled process improvement. Strong project management capabilities, including workplan development, milestone tracking, risk management, change management, and status reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex business concepts clearly to client and executive audiences. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines. Demonstrated leadership skills, professional presence, and confidence working with senior stakeholders. Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to delegate, review, coach, and support junior colleagues. Familiarity with O2C technology platforms and enablement strategies is highly desirable. Experience building trusted client relationships and supporting long-term partnerships is an advantage. Consulting experience within a large or mid-sized professional services organization is preferred. Exposure to practice development, solution development, thought leadership, or proposal and pursuit activities is beneficial. Benefits 100% remote work arrangement from India.
