Member of Applied AI - Strategist {Noida}

Accountabilities: Develop a deep understanding of customer business domains, technology environments, objectives, and KPIs to guide effective solution architecture. Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, integrations, and transformation solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry practices. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders, building confidence in proposed AI solutions and supporting successful adoption. Bridge pre-sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams by translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications and measurable outcomes. Architect modular, scalable, and reusable solutions that can be adapted across customers, use cases, and industry verticals. Collaborate with Applied AI engineers throughout implementation to maintain architectural alignment, delivery quality, and execution excellence. Support pre-sales activities by helping scope opportunities, define technical requirements, assess feasibility, and estimate implementation effort. Monitor emerging developments in generative AI, software integration, automation, and business transformation, incorporating relevant innovations into solution designs. Establish and track success measures using OKRs, KPIs, and tangible business outcomes. Ensure proposed and delivered solutions meet appropriate performance, security, compliance, scalability, and reliability standards. Manage multiple solution tracks, stakeholders, and timelines while maintaining clear communication throughout delivery. Travel approximately 80–90% to customer locations to conduct discovery, shape solutions, and support deployment and adoption. Requirements 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or related roles involving enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations. Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and modern integration patterns including APIs, webhooks, and data or automation pipelines. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and the ability to translate business priorities into practical technical execution plans. Demonstrated ability to design scalable, modular, and future-ready architectures using structured problem-solving and design-thinking approaches. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience leading projects, managing multiple solution tracks, and coordinating stakeholders and timelines using established project planning methodologies. Strong understanding of OKRs, KPIs, and other methods for defining and measuring business outcomes. Experience with SaaS or enterprise platforms, including knowledge of extensibility and multi-tenant architecture principles. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, enterprise architecture, or frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are a plus. Strong customer empathy, business acumen, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with approximately 80–90% travel to customer locations.
