Accountabilities: Maintain and enhance detailed financial models supporting forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning. Maintain and update payments dashboards and financial models, including leveraging AI tools where appropriate. Analyze actual financial performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying significant variances and underlying drivers. Monitor financial and operational trends and translate findings into actionable business insights. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and other key stakeholders. Support scenario planning, financial modeling, and ad hoc analysis for strategic and operational decision-making. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and stronger financial performance. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to overall business performance. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across systems, models, and dashboards. Develop executive-ready presentations and communicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders. Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, corporate finance, or a closely related field. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, concise, executive-level presentations. Experience working with financial software, ERP systems, reporting tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions. Experience with Claude or Claude Code, particularly for building or maintaining dashboards, is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to interpret financial results, identify trends and variances, and translate analysis into practical recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively to different audiences. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach to problem solving. An MBA, CFA, or CA qualification is an advantage. Previous experience in SaaS, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, or financial technologies including Stripe and Rillet is a plus.
