Lead Product Manager, MyHumana Medication Management Experience

Accountabilities: Define and execute the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and priorities for medication experience and pharmacy solutions. Identify member, business, and operational opportunities through customer research, analytics, voice-of-customer insights, and stakeholder feedback. Lead product discovery initiatives to validate customer problems, opportunities, and potential solutions before development. Develop business cases and recommendations that connect product investments to measurable customer and business outcomes. Own product delivery end-to-end, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and release planning. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pharmacy, Clinical, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver effective digital experiences. Establish and manage KPIs, OKRs, success metrics, and experimentation strategies to evaluate product performance. Monitor product performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvements based on evidence and measurable results. Influence decisions across multiple teams and stakeholder groups without relying on direct authority. Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and outcomes through clear narratives and executive-level presentations. Mentor product managers and contribute to stronger product management practices, standards, and ways of working across the organization. Requirements 7+ years of progressive Product Management experience with increasing levels of ownership and responsibility. Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle, from customer discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and ongoing optimization. Proven ability to define and measure outcomes using KPIs, OKRs, analytics, experimentation, and customer insights. Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and business functions. Strong experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product strategies and recommendations to executive audiences. Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to remain hands-on and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment across teams without direct reporting authority. Healthcare, pharmacy, health insurance, Medicare, or other regulated-industry experience is preferred. Experience building or managing consumer-facing digital products and mobile applications is preferred. Familiarity with customer discovery, experimentation, outcome-based product management, and journey-based design is preferred. Experience mentoring product managers or leading product initiatives across multiple teams is an advantage. Benefits Fully remote position within the United States.
