Accountabilities:: Help establish and standardize internal communication practices, creating repeatable rhythms for communicating business strategy, priorities, culture, and important company updates. Develop and edit internal newsletters, employee emails, leadership communications, All Hands materials, and other employee-facing content. Use video and other engaging formats to make internal communications more accessible, compelling, and easy to consume. Maintain an internal editorial calendar to improve communication planning, consistency, tone, quality, and cadence. Partner with HR, marketing, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop communication plans for major announcements, milestones, and organizational initiatives. Monitor employee feedback and engagement to evaluate communication effectiveness and continuously improve messaging and channels. Develop and execute social media strategies, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and Instagram. Create and curate engaging content that connects with customers, prospects, employees, and broader audiences while strengthening the organization’s brand. Find creative ways to showcase employees, company culture, leadership perspectives, customer stories, events, milestones, and points of view. Lead the employee advocacy program, encouraging participation and helping employees amplify company content and stories through social channels. Stay informed about emerging social media trends, content formats, creator behaviors, and platform developments, identifying opportunities to test new approaches. Monitor social media performance and translate insights into improvements in content, messaging, and channel strategy. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee communications, marketing communications, or a related field, preferably within a technology environment. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex business or technical topics and turn them into clear, compelling, and engaging communications. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram, including the formats, content styles, and engagement practices that perform well on each platform. Genuine interest in social media, emerging content formats, digital culture, and evolving communication trends. Ability to translate business strategies, corporate priorities, and leadership messages into communications that feel authentic, relevant, and human. Strong storytelling skills and an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and communication channels. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to work across marketing, HR, leadership, and other business functions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple communication initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. A proactive, creative, and data-informed approach to communication, with the ability to use audience and performance insights to refine content. Ability to work effectively in a remote and cross-functional environment while maintaining a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
