IT Technical Analyst

Accountabilities:: Navigate the Microsoft Intune console and support basic device management activities, including locating devices and reviewing device status. Perform basic device actions within Intune, such as initiating device wipes when required and following established procedures. Support Apple iPad devices by navigating iOS, assisting with Intune enrollment, and troubleshooting basic device-related issues. Follow technical instructions and established processes accurately to ensure tasks are completed consistently. Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail across all assigned technical activities. Identify and address basic device management issues while escalating matters beyond the scope of the role when appropriate. Requirements: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Intune, including console navigation and fundamental device management capabilities. Basic knowledge of Apple iOS and experience navigating Apple iPad devices. Familiarity with enrolling Apple devices through Microsoft Intune and performing basic troubleshooting. Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and established technical procedures accurately. High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work.
