Income Reconciliation Accountant

Accountabilities: Income platforms and reconciliation: Recommend suitable income platforms and payment gateways, including associated workflows, and reconcile donations, grants, and other incoming payments across platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, Global Payments, and BBMS. Financial records and accounting: Record revenue transactions, payment processing fees, and journal entries accurately and promptly in the accounting system. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM and ensure that financial data aligns across systems. Donor reporting: Prepare annual contribution statements for donors and support donor communications, annual reviews, and other assurance activities as required.
