Accountabilities:: Act as a strategic HR partner and primary point of contact for the people-management needs of teams supporting RFP responses and new business implementations. Support HR activities connected to RFP submissions, new state contract launches, changes to existing contracts, and re-bids. Build, manage, and analyze workforce and operational data to support RFP requirements, staffing models, workforce planning, and implementation activities. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that translate complex HR and operational data into clear, actionable insights. Partner across the HR organization to coordinate resources, staffing, timelines, and people-related activities required for successful operational launches. Identify workforce and HR process gaps, assess associated risks, and recommend and implement appropriate improvements. Support performance improvement initiatives and contribute to positive organizational and people-management changes. Lead or support change-management initiatives and coordinate HR-related internal and external communications. Develop executive-level presentations and materials that communicate key findings, workforce trends, recommendations, and implementation progress. Apply HR best practices and help ensure consistent delivery of HR processes across supported business areas. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business strategy, operating objectives, and their implications for workforce planning and HR activities. Use AI-enabled productivity tools to improve data analysis, reporting, communication, and project execution. Exercise independent judgment when addressing varied or ambiguous HR and business-support needs while operating within established guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of previous HR or business-support experience. 2+ years of demonstrated experience creating reports and analyzing data. Experience using Power BI or a comparable business intelligence and analytics platform to develop reports, dashboards, or data visualizations. Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve analysis, reporting, communication, or project execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly, concisely, and in an actionable format. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and prioritization skills. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment. Experience supporting implementation or integration initiatives is preferred. Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, managed care, or another highly regulated industry is preferred. Experience creating executive-level presentations, dashboards, and visualizations from complex workforce or operational data is preferred. Knowledge or experience related to organizational design is a plus. Ability to work effectively from a dedicated home workspace with reliable internet access meeting minimum requirements of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds. Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings when required. Benefits: Annual base salary range of $71,100–$97,800 , with actual compensation varying based on geographic location, skills, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
