HR Manager

Accountabilities:: Serve as the primary HR partner for the fulfillment center, advising site leadership on employee and workforce-related matters. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding. Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, mediation, and consistent application of workplace policies. Implement site-level HR programs covering performance reviews, compensation cycles, employee engagement, and other people initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as internal HR policies and procedures. Partner with site leadership to identify workforce needs and develop people strategies aligned with operational and business objectives. Analyze HR data and workforce trends to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and support data-informed decision-making. Promote a positive employee experience and workplace culture across a large operational workforce. Support continuous improvement of HR processes and practices within the fulfillment center. Maintain a strong compliance-focused approach in a highly regulated operational environment. Requirements: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years working in an onsite operational environment such as a fulfillment center, warehouse, manufacturing facility, or similar setting. Strong expertise in employee relations, employment law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces. Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence site leadership while balancing employee needs with business objectives. Experience independently managing HR operations for a specific site, facility, or business unit. Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, performance processes, compensation programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally and confidentially. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced operational environment. Data-oriented approach with the ability to analyze HR information, identify trends, and translate findings into practical recommendations. Strong attention to detail and a compliance-first mindset.
