Healthcare Recruiter

Accountabilities:: Proactively source candidates through job portals, recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels for US healthcare positions. Conduct daily candidate outreach and work toward closing approximately 6–7 vacancies per month. Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, qualifications, and applicable compliance criteria. Build and maintain continuous talent pipelines for critical healthcare positions. Share qualified candidate profiles with hiring managers in line with defined KPIs and turnaround-time expectations. Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders. Provide timely recruitment updates and manage communication throughout the candidate lifecycle. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards with real-time information. Monitor metrics including resume submissions, interviews scheduled, offers released, hiring closures, time-to-submit, and time-to-fill. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports to leadership. Follow up proactively with candidates and stakeholders to reduce hiring cycle times and improve sourcing efficiency and submission quality. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–6+ years of professional experience in US healthcare recruitment is mandatory. Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Physicians, Allied Health professionals, and related positions. Familiarity with US time zones and healthcare compliance requirements. Ability to work the required shift of 5:00 AM–2:30 PM IST. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment databases. Strong Excel and recruitment reporting skills, with a high level of attention to data accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization, multitasking, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities.
