Health Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner

Accountabilities:: Partner with leaders to embed the organisation’s Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy across diverse operational environments. Provide expert advice on Australian WHS legislation, risk management, compliance and safety practices. Lead incident investigations, risk assessments and audit activities to identify and address workplace risks. Analyse health, safety and people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for continuous improvement. Develop and enhance HSW frameworks, policies, programs and practical safety initiatives. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence positive health, safety and wellbeing outcomes. Navigate complex and evolving healthcare environments with a pragmatic, commercially minded approach. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Health, Safety & Wellbeing or a closely related field. Experience partnering with leaders in healthcare, community services, emergency services, aged care, disability, justice or other field-based operational environments. Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, compliance requirements and risk management practices. Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into practical improvements. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across different levels of an organisation. Ability to work autonomously, challenge constructively, navigate complexity and drive outcomes. Relevant qualifications in WHS, Occupational Health, Risk Management or a related discipline.
