Experience in CPG or direct-to-consumer environments is highly desirable. Proven experience leading product launches end-to-end, including pricing and packaging decisions. Experience working with subscription commerce environments and the digital surfaces required to support launches, such as brand pages, PDPs, quizzes, SKUs, bundles, promotional mechanics, and subscriber portals. Experience developing merchandising and promotional inputs for creative and product teams. Experience marketing to both prospective customers and existing subscriber bases, including attach, upgrade, and swap strategies. Demonstrated experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across paid media, email/CRM, organic social, and content. Working knowledge of unit economics and pricing frameworks.
