Accountabilities:: Develop and continuously refine ideal customer profiles, market segments, buyer personas, and account-selection criteria. Translate business objectives into clear growth hypotheses, experiments, campaigns, and measurable success criteria. Identify new audiences, buying signals, use cases, and distribution opportunities across target markets. Build an experimentation roadmap spanning content, social, syndication, partnerships, outbound, and account-based marketing. Develop systems to identify high-potential accounts, contacts, buying signals, and engagement triggers. Create enrichment workflows using firmographic, technographic, hiring, funding, leadership, and intent data. Build account-scoring and prioritisation models and automate repetitive research while maintaining data quality. Own the content engine, including content creation, audience definition, distribution, syndication, and performance measurement. Write and distribute content across newsletters, communities, podcasts, industry publications, comparison pages, and other relevant channels. Develop repeatable systems for content syndication, repurposing, and third-party distribution. Manage social and community engagement across relevant platforms, including executive and founder accounts. Build relationships within buyer communities and use social engagement as both a distribution and market-research channel. Identify, pitch, and develop partnerships with technology companies, agencies, consultancies, communities, creators, and resellers. Build co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, co-authored content, newsletter exchanges, integration launches, and marketplace or directory listings. Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline measurement. Personally build and launch targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ABM, content, and other relevant channels. Develop campaign concepts, offers, messaging, audience logic, nurture programs, reactivation campaigns, and expansion campaigns. Coordinate closely with sales teams on account selection, follow-up, and pipeline conversion. Build and maintain growth workflows connecting CRM, enrichment platforms, campaign tools, internal data, and AI systems. Work hands-on with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Apify, n8n, Make, PostHog, APIs, webhooks, scripts, and LLMs. Design quality-control and human-review processes for AI-generated outputs and monitor automation, data-quality, and campaign issues. Connect growth activity to meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue through effective attribution and CRM data management. Analyse funnel conversion, account engagement, cost per opportunity, and pipeline contribution to identify what is working and what needs to change. Present clear recommendations and actionable insights to founders and senior stakeholders. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in growth, GTM engineering, revenue automation, growth operations, marketing operations, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience building and executing B2B SaaS growth campaigns for North American or global audiences. Strong practical skills in SQL and Python or JavaScript, with the ability to work directly with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and technical documentation. Hands-on understanding of LLMs, prompting, agentic workflows, and methods for evaluating AI-generated output. Demonstrated ability to personally build and ship growth systems rather than relying primarily on agencies or external teams. Strong B2B content-writing skills, with a portfolio of published work that demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with senior buyers. Evidence of building a distribution channel or audience from the ground up, such as a newsletter, community, content engine, partner program, or social presence. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including confidence engaging directly with senior executives, partners, and commercial stakeholders. Strong analytical judgment and the ability to make sound decisions with incomplete or evolving information. A highly hands-on and proactive approach, with the ability to turn ideas or customer insights into working campaigns and systems quickly. Ability to break ambiguous growth challenges into testable hypotheses and measurable experiments. Strong commercial orientation, with a focus on qualified pipeline, opportunities, and revenue rather than vanity metrics. Comfort working in an early-stage environment where responsibilities evolve and processes are still being established. Strong ownership, autonomy, creativity, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to demonstrate previous work through concrete examples, workflows, campaigns, content, dashboards, or other relevant artefacts. Benefits: Remote working opportunity from India.
