Golang Developer

Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and backend infrastructure supporting data ingestion, processing, and distribution. Build and maintain backend services that integrate with AI Agent systems, including Agent workflows, monitoring pipelines, and observability capabilities. Develop monitoring and alerting solutions to track data quality, pipeline stability, service reliability, and AI system health. Collaborate with AI, Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to align backend and data infrastructure with platform and AI Agent requirements. Maintain and enhance existing backend services, ensuring continuity, reliability, and performance during ongoing platform evolution. Contribute to scalable distributed systems and microservice architectures while addressing performance, reliability, and operational requirements. Support production systems by identifying issues, improving observability, and contributing to ongoing platform stability and engineering improvements. Requirements 3–6 years of professional backend development experience, with strong and recent hands-on production experience in Golang. Proven experience developing data pipelines, data platforms, or backend systems designed to process data at scale. Experience with AI monitoring, observability tools, Agent engineering, or integrating AI/LLM workflows into production backend systems. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservice architecture, relational and NoSQL databases, and message-queue technologies such as Kafka. Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks, LLM integrations, or related AI development tooling is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment.
