Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations

Accountabilities: Set the global strategy, operating roadmap, priorities, and performance standards for Analytical Editorial Operations across a 150-person international organization. Partner with Product, Technology, Data Science, Commercial, Product Operations, and Segment teams to improve the creation, delivery, discoverability, and activation of analytical content. Lead the adoption and scaling of GenAI-enabled content capabilities, including agentic content platforms and AI-assisted content updating. Transform editorial workflows to improve content currency, structure, quality, discoverability, operational efficiency, and customer trust. Prioritize content and workflow investments designed to improve the quality, relevance, completeness, and trustworthiness of AI-generated answer experiences. Establish governance, quality standards, performance measures, human-in-the-loop controls, risk management processes, and escalation mechanisms for AI-enabled editorial workflows. Own relationships with authors and subject-matter experts, including recruitment and retention strategies and editorial standards that maintain the authority of the content portfolio. Use customer feedback, usage data, editorial outcomes, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and guide evidence-based decisions. Provide strategic recommendations and performance reporting to senior leadership on content systems, operating models, investments, and global best practices. Lead global resource planning, budget management, cost projections, and investment prioritization for the Analytical organization. Build a high-performing global workforce through talent development, reskilling, recruitment, change leadership, and adoption of effective tools and processes. Drive strategic initiatives from problem definition and analysis through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement. Requirements 10+ years of experience leading large-scale global operations, with accountability for delivery, quality, and financial performance. Experience working with senior P&L stakeholders and managing organizational budgets and investments. Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and technology-enabled business change. Strong process, engineering, systems, and operational orientation, with experience managing global delivery models and vendor relationships at scale. Proven experience leading AI, GenAI, automation, or other technology-enabled transformation initiatives from strategy through scaled adoption. Experience partnering with Product, Technology, Data Science, Commercial, and Operations teams to deliver customer-facing digital or AI-enabled outcomes. Ability to use data, customer feedback, usage patterns, and quality measures to improve content, search, retrieval, or AI-generated answer experiences. Legal content, secondary content, publishing, information services, or a related domain background is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, with a JD, MBA, other advanced degree, or equivalent professional experience advantageous. Strong commercial understanding and ability to connect content investments with revenue, retention, customer value, and product performance. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical, project planning, change management, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, analyze opportunities, synthesize findings, and translate recommendations into measurable outcomes. Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, customers, peers, and cross-functional teams. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate teams, manage competing priorities, delegate effectively, and build alignment across a global organization. Ability to develop empirical connections between content quality, coverage, retrieval performance, customer behavior, and product outcomes.
