Working proficiency with React and Next.js for non-EDS front-end applications and internal tools. Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of deliverables, and making sound technical decisions with limited day-to-day direction. Experience migrating legacy AEM Sites using HTL/Sightly, OSGi, or Sling Models to modern EDS architectures is preferred. Hands-on experience with agentic AI development workflows, including planning multi-step technical work for AI agents and using agentic coding tools within production codebases, is preferred.
