Fulah Language Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Accountabilities:: As a Fulah Language Specialist and AI Trainer, you will apply your linguistic knowledge and cultural expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve language data used to train and assess AI models. You will help identify language quality issues, establish reliable evaluation standards, and provide actionable feedback that supports more accurate and contextually appropriate AI-generated content. Review, annotate, and refine Fulah-language text used in AI training and evaluation datasets. Evaluate AI-generated responses for grammatical accuracy, fluency, syntax, semantics, tone, style, and overall linguistic quality. Assess whether generated content reflects appropriate cultural context and authentic Fulah language usage. Identify, categorize, and document recurring linguistic errors, inconsistencies, and patterns in model outputs. Provide clear, detailed feedback to improve language model accuracy, naturalness, and contextual understanding. Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation methodologies, annotation practices, and linguistic guidelines. Apply professional judgment to distinguish accurate, natural language from awkward, misleading, or culturally inappropriate outputs. Maintain consistent quality standards and follow project-specific instructions when reviewing and annotating language data. Contribute linguistic insights that help improve AI applications in education, accessibility, communication, and other language-related use cases. Requirements: You are a highly proficient Fulah language professional with a strong understanding of linguistic structure, cultural nuance, and effective communication. You can critically assess written language, explain errors clearly, and apply consistent evaluation criteria to AI-generated content. Your professional background may include translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to provide constructive feedback are essential for success in this freelance project. Fluency in Fulah, with a strong understanding of its grammar, syntax, semantics, vocabulary, and language conventions. Demonstrated professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, proofreading, or a related language-focused discipline. Strong written communication skills and the ability to evaluate language quality with precision.
