Accountabilities:: Process Assessment and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing mid-cycle medical coding operations, including workflow analysis, standard operating procedures, process mapping, and identification of improvement opportunities. Solution Design and Roadmapping: Collaborate with process engineers and consulting teams to deliver technology-enabled claim solutions by developing product vision documents, implementation roadmaps, and future-state process flows. Business and Technical Translation: Convert business requirements into technical architectures, operational workflows, and actionable implementation plans aligned with client objectives. Medical Coding Expertise: Provide technical and operational guidance on medical coding throughout client engagements, ensuring alignment with applicable coding standards, reimbursement requirements, and industry best practices. AI-Driven Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize medical coding workflows using artificial intelligence and automation technologies to improve efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
