Accountabilities:: Develop and maintain critical backend microservices responsible for processing and correlating security, fraud, and SDK integrity signals. Implement reliability assessment mechanisms based on indicators such as device compromise, session integrity, and digital injection detection. Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Go, with a strong focus on high performance, concurrency, and efficient processing. Ensure service reliability, availability, and observability through comprehensive metrics, centralized logging, distributed tracing, and continuous monitoring. Participate in the definition and evolution of microservices architecture and integration standards across distributed systems. Design and maintain secure, efficient APIs supporting communication between SDKs, fraud-prevention platforms, and corporate services. Implement backend security controls covering authentication, authorization, encryption, API protection, and secure communication channels. Investigate and mitigate production incidents involving fraud, security threats, service availability, performance, and platform stability. Participate in CI/CD processes, deployment activities, production monitoring, and technical support for live environments. Contribute to code reviews, engineering standards, technical documentation, and continuous improvements in software quality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate security and business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Support the continuous evolution of fraud detection and risk mechanisms in response to new attack vectors and emerging security threats. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong professional experience developing backend applications using Go (Golang), preferably in high-scale or mission-critical environments. Advanced knowledge of concurrent programming, parallelism, performance optimization, and efficient resource utilization. Solid experience designing and developing distributed microservices architectures. Strong understanding of service-to-service communication using REST APIs, gRPC, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures. Experience with observability practices, including monitoring, centralized logging, metrics, and distributed tracing. Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and modern software delivery practices. Knowledge of backend application security, including authentication, authorization, encryption, API security, and communication-channel protection. Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases. Proven experience supporting highly available systems and applications that process large transaction volumes. Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities, with the capacity to investigate and solve complex technical problems. Ownership mindset, technical initiative, and a results-oriented approach to engineering challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with Architecture, Security, Platform, and Engineering teams. Ability to make data-driven technical decisions and continuously improve systems, processes, and engineering practices. Experience with fraud-prevention products, digital identity, authentication, device fingerprinting, or device-compromise detection is an advantage. Knowledge of real-time event processing, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging platforms is desirable. Familiarity with SRE principles, cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, behavioral analysis, transaction fraud, risk decision engines, and DevSecOps practices is a plus.
