Embroidery Digitizer

Accountabilities:: Digitize embroidery designs and deliver accurate .DST files within required timelines for embroidery orders. Review embroidery requirements and ensure files are optimized for production quality and vendor capabilities. Respond to embroidery-related and logistical questions from internal teams and provide timely, practical guidance. Provide real-time feedback to colleagues to help improve embroidery processes, quality, and operational performance. Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve embroidery-related issues efficiently. Create and improve documentation, including instructional articles, process resources, and Excel or Google Sheets tools. Organize and maintain embroidery-related data so teams can easily access accurate and useful information. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, quality, and operational efficiency. Take ownership of additional projects and initiatives that can create value for the wider operations team. Requirements At least 1 year of professional experience in the computerized embroidery industry. At least 1 year of hands-on experience using embroidery digitizing software such as Wilcom, Ethos, SewArt, Embrilliance, or comparable tools. Strong understanding of embroidery digitizing principles and production requirements. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets to organize and manage information. Strong written English and excellent email communication skills. Fluent English communication, both written and verbal. Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to assess requirements and identify practical solutions. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing time-sensitive deliverables. Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment and coordinating with teams supporting US-based operations. Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with the required schedule.
