E-Commerce Recruiter

Accountabilities: Source, screen, and recruit e-commerce professionals for U.S.-based companies across a range of digital commerce functions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing platforms. Develop tailored sourcing strategies for roles spanning digital marketing, performance marketing, operations, product, technology, customer experience, and other e-commerce disciplines. Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical capabilities, cultural fit, commercial mindset, and overall suitability. Partner with People and Compliance teams to support efficient onboarding and ensure required documentation is completed. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, pipeline health, and key recruiting activities. Stay informed about e-commerce hiring trends, in-demand skills, and compensation benchmarks to support effective talent acquisition strategies. Requirements 3–5 years of experience recruiting e-commerce or digital business professionals for U.S.-based companies. Strong knowledge of e-commerce roles, including E-Commerce Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, Marketplace Manager, UX/UI, Product, and Operations positions. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, hiring priorities, and client relationships simultaneously. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, with Workable experience preferred, as well as sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders. Fluency in English is required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are an advantage. Availability to work full-time according to U.S. business hours, including the required Pacific Standard Time overlap. Experience recruiting remote e-commerce talent across LATAM or the Philippines is a plus. Familiarity with independent contractor hiring models and related compliance requirements is an advantage. Experience recruiting for DTC brands, marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, or Walmart, or omnichannel businesses is desirable.
