Accountabilities:: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while supporting timely account receivables in coordination with finance teams. Provide comprehensive training, education, onboarding, and marketing support to customers using digital orthodontic solutions and product portfolios. Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and support requests, ensuring effective resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to increase adoption and utilization of digital products. Build a track record of converting existing business and customers toward digital product solutions. Develop territory-specific sales and educational strategies, tools, and approaches to increase customer engagement and product utilization. Manage territory planning, account coverage, budgets, expenses, and related commercial activities in accordance with established guidelines. Demonstrate products and communicate their features, benefits, and clinical value using appropriate sales and educational materials. Collect customer feedback, complaints, market intelligence, and competitive information and communicate relevant insights to marketing and management teams. Share new product ideas, extensions, and customer needs with relevant internal teams for evaluation. Prepare and maintain required sales, activity, expense, business, and customer reports accurately and on schedule. Coordinate with relevant operational and delivery teams to provide customers with accurate expectations regarding product availability and delivery timelines. Ensure all customer interactions, sales activities, reporting, and business practices comply with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the orthodontic industry, preferably in a sales, training, customer education, or commercially focused role. Graduate degree in dentistry, medicine, science, or engineering ; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred. Strong understanding of orthodontic products, digital solutions, and customer adoption processes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical or clinical concepts clearly to different audiences. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers. Strong training and customer-education capabilities, including the ability to guide and support customers throughout their learning and adoption journey. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage territory activities, reporting, budgets, and multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and develop creative approaches to customer engagement and business development. Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness and a focus on achieving measurable objectives. High level of agility and adaptability, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when addressing customer issues and identifying opportunities for improvement. Benefits: Full-time remote work opportunity in India.
