Strengthen security and performance: Identify vulnerabilities, improve security controls, investigate infrastructure bottlenecks, and implement solutions that enhance system resilience and efficiency. Build deployment pipelines: Design, maintain, and optimise secure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and other relevant automation tools. Improve monitoring and observability: Develop telemetry solutions, remote monitoring capabilities, and ETL dashboards that provide actionable insights into infrastructure health and performance. Own day-to-day operations: Gradually take responsibility for infrastructure management, coordinate with internal engineering teams and external infrastructure partners, and provide technical recommendations and regular operational feedback. Troubleshoot and optimise environments: Build and configure development, testing, and mainnet environments, resolving deployment issues and protocol-level bottlenecks ahead of network upgrades. Drive continuous improvement: Take initiative in identifying automation opportunities, documenting infrastructure designs, and improving operational processes across distributed teams. Requirements: Professional experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or infrastructure engineering, including at least 1 year working with blockchain infrastructure. Blockchain expertise: Practical experience operating blockchain nodes, validator infrastructure, or comparable distributed systems in production environments.
