Designer Instrucional

Accountabilities: Identify learning needs with business areas and propose impactful instructional solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Develop and adapt scripts, educational content, and learning resources, ensuring clear, accessible, and engaging communication. Structure, manage, and continuously update learning paths within corporate education platforms. Lead and improve the onboarding process for new customers, creating a consistent and effective initial learning experience. Transform complex technical and specialized information into accessible educational and communication materials. Support internal teams with instructional content and learning resources according to their specific needs. Manage updates to existing training content and coordinate emails and other communications related to courses, training initiatives, and new resources. Collaborate with technical, legal, and business teams to ensure learning materials accurately reflect the subject matter while remaining easy to understand. Manage multiple instructional projects simultaneously, maintaining organization, quality, deadlines, and a strong user focus. Requirements Previous experience as an Instructional Designer, preferably within technology or SaaS companies. Degree or ongoing studies in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Graphic/Digital Design, Information Technology, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to transform complex information into simple, engaging, and effective learning materials. Experience with corporate education platforms, including LMS or LXP environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and legal teams. Strong user-experience orientation and a genuine interest in continuous learning. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to learn quickly, collaborate with others, and both provide and request support when needed. Experience with content creation for corporate education, legal, or government environments is a plus. Familiarity with video and content creation tools such as Canva and Moodle, or similar platforms, is desirable. Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is considered an advantage.
