Accountabilities:: Prepare demonstration environments, including computers, systems, databases, and other resources required for successful presentations. Demonstrate project and design software solutions to furniture-industry customers through remote and in-person sessions. Explain product functionalities, answer customer questions, and provide technical support throughout demonstrations and post-sales activities. Complete demonstration reports after each presentation to ensure customer and activity records remain accurate and up to date. Develop training materials and resources to support the commercial team. Prepare technical briefs that help Sales Executives develop accurate and relevant commercial proposals. Conduct customer and prospect discovery sessions to diagnose needs, understand requirements, and identify appropriate solutions. Provide technical support and product expertise to the commercial team whenever required. Maintain a strong understanding of furniture-industry processes to ensure demonstrations are relevant to customer workflows and business needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, Engineering, Production Management , or a related field. Professional experience in Design or a related area. Knowledge of project and design software tools . Previous experience in customer-facing roles , with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Good understanding of processes and workflows within the furniture industry . Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate technical solutions. Availability to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations. Advanced Spanish is considered an advantage. Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and technical teams in a customer-oriented environment.
