Accountabilities: Manage technical architecture analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for SAP systems. Advise on technical approaches for systems integrating with SAP and coordinate third-party dependencies to support reliable, efficient operations. Requirements A bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relevant professional experience. Strong hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and a thorough understanding of SAP architecture, system operations, and recommended practices. Experience managing SAP technical landscapes, including system design, implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and production support. Knowledge of SAP systems operating on Windows and Linux, with experience supporting HANA, Sybase, Oracle, and SQL Server database technologies. Understanding of SAP backup and recovery strategies, disaster recovery planning, testing, and system resilience. Demonstrated troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities, including the ability to lead complex technical investigations and performance improvement initiatives. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Understanding of business process requirements and cloud service models, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS). Experience coordinating technical integrations, third-party dependencies, change control, project risks, and implementation activities. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters and communicate risks clearly to diverse stakeholders.
